1. Program Enrollment & "Skin in the Game" Fees

By registering for a GRIT session, you agree to pay a non-refundable commitment fee. This fee is designed to ensure athlete accountability and attendance. Failure to attend sessions without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your spot in future blocks.
 

2. Code of Conduct (The GRIT Standard)

All participants (athletes and parents) are expected to uphold our core pillars: Support, Develop, Expose, Compete, Advance, and Lead. GRIT reserves the right to remove any individual from the program who engages in behavior that is disrespectful, dangerous, or contrary to the mentorship goals of the Evan’s Light Project.

3. Liability Waiver & Safety

Athletics involve inherent risks. By participating in GRIT training, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to hold GRIT Youth Community Works and the Evan’s Light Project harmless from any injury sustained during events. We provide elite coaching and professional facilities to minimize risk and maximize safety.

4. Media Release

Participation in GRIT events, including the Community Summit, constitutes permission for GRIT to use photographs or video footage of athletes for the website, social media, and sponsorship materials, unless a written "Opt-Out" request is submitted at the time of registration.
