We use football to teach the value of healthy competition. Competing at a high level teaches our athletes how to win with humility, lose with grace, and understand that excellence is a result of preparation. We compete to prove that inner-city talent is second to none.

The ultimate goal of GRIT is to produce leaders. We train our 8- to 13-year-olds to be the people their families and communities can count on. When a child learns to lead themselves, they become the productive adults who will eventually lead our city.
